By accessing the TC Public Wi-Fi Network (“Network”), you agree to these Terms of Use. 

The Network is provided as a free public service for lawful use at Osceola County Tax Collector facilities. Use of the Network must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including Chapters 815 and 119, Florida Statutes. 

Users may not: 

• Engage in illegal activity 

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data 

• Introduce malware or disrupt network operations 

• Use the Network for unauthorized commercial purposes 

The Network is unsecured. Users have no expectation of privacy. The Osceola County Tax Collector does not guarantee security, availability, or performance and is not responsible for data loss, intercepted communications, or device damage. 

The Network is provided “as is” and access may be limited or terminated at any time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, including section 768.28, Florida Statutes, the Osceola County Tax Collector is not liable for damages arising from use of the Network.

Al acceder a la red Wi-Fi TC Public (“la Red”), usted acepta estos Términos de Uso. 

La Red se proporciona como un servicio público gratuito para uso legal en las instalaciones del Recaudador de Impuestos del Condado de Osceola. El uso de la Red debe cumplir con todas las leyes federales, estatales y locales aplicables, incluidos los Capítulos 815 y 119 de los Estatutos de Florida.
