Driver License Road Skills Test and Written Test are offered at the Main and Campbell City offices only.
Driver License Road Skills Test is offered by appointment only at both locations.
Written Tests are offered by appointment only at the Campbell City Location.
Written Tests are offered both by appointment and walk-in at the Main Office location. Walk-in written testing is available from 8:00am – 3:30pm.

The Main Office offers all services with the exception of Concealed Weapon Permit. The Road test is by appointment only.

BVL Office
The BVL Branch Office offers tag and title transactions, CFX Toll Clearances and driver license services that include renewals and issuance of driver license and ID cards, address/name changes and replacements for lost or stolen driver licenses/ID cards.
This location does not provide road or written tests at this time.

Campbell City Office
The new Campbell City Office offers all services including tag, title and driver license transactions, written and closed-course driving tests, Concealed Weapon Permits, Florida Birth Certificates, and CFX Toll Clearances, the only exceptions are Business and Tourist Tax.
