E-Verify Statement:
The Osceola County Tax Collector’s office participates in E-Verify as required by the State of Florida. The federal government’s E-Verify system requires that we provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) with information from the new employee’s Form I-9 in order to confirm employment authorization of all newly hired employees. The Osceola County Tax Collector’s office does not use E-Verify to pre-screen job applicants.
